WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery should wish to return your order.
You can choose one of the following return options:
1. Full refund to original payment method (excludes shipping costs)
2. Item exchange (except shipping costs)
Please note, the return is valid only if the following conditions are met:
1. We are notified within 15 days of receipt
2. The product is returned in its original condition, with the tags intact
3. It is shipped in its original packaging
4. A full and accurate invoice is available
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over SGD $30.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please email us at email@example.com outlining the details of your return, and don’t forget to include your invoice number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can.
We will arrange to collect the product(s) from you and provide the option of either:
1. An exchange for the same or a different item
2. A refund covering the standard cost of the product
3. Credit back into your account
